Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything is buttons and plain-language settings. A built-in setup check and step-by-step courses walk you through each feature.
Which platforms does it work with?
Shopify is the home base. The app imports from Amazon, posts to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, and — with Elefair Advanced Pro — lists and syncs on eBay. It runs on Windows, Mac and as a Chrome extension.
Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
It only uses facts from your products, your policies and the conversation. You choose Draft mode (you approve each reply) or full automation, and anything sensitive — refunds, complaints, damage — is flagged for you.
Where is my data kept?
Your store tokens and settings stay on your own computer. Store chats and broken-link reports are kept on your Elefair server and removed automatically. See the Privacy Policy and Trust Center.
