4. Payment Terms & Financial Transactions

• Service Quotes: All custom web developments, system administration workflows, and broadcasting integrations require formal quotes and contract agreements prior to project initialization.

• Transaction Processing: All payments made through our secure payment gateways are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). Elefair Tech ensures maximum PCI-DSS compliance but is not liable for third-party gateway technical disruptions.
