What you can delete

You can ask us to delete all personal information we hold about you, including your contact details, account and license records, support messages, connected account tokens and any files stored in our web apps. You do not need to give a reason.

Much of the data our products use is stored only on your own device. Removing it there is immediate, and the steps for each product are below. For anything stored on our servers, send a request using the form on this page.

Facebook and Meta apps

If you logged in with Facebook or connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to an Elefair Tech app, follow these steps:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites (in some versions, under Accounts Center or Security).
3. Find the Elefair Tech app and select Remove. This stops the app from accessing your account and revokes its access tokens.
4. To delete the data we already received from Facebook, submit the deletion request form below and choose "Facebook or Meta app". You can also email info@elefairtech.com with the subject "Facebook data deletion".

We will delete your Facebook user ID, name, email address, Page information and access tokens, and send you a confirmation with a reference number.

Chrome extensions

Settings, store connections and access tokens saved by our extensions are stored in your browser.

1. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions.
2. Find the Elefair Tech extension and select Remove. Chrome deletes the extension's local storage, including saved credentials.
3. For extra safety, revoke the API token you created in your store admin. In Shopify, go to Settings, Apps and sales channels, Develop apps, and uninstall or delete the app you created for the extension.
4. To delete license and support records we hold, submit the request form below.

Desktop and web apps

Windows desktop apps

Uninstall the app from Settings, Apps, Installed apps in Windows. Project files, contact lists and exports you saved yourself stay where you saved them, so delete those folders manually if you no longer need them. Then submit the form below to delete your license and account records.

Web apps

Delete individual projects and uploaded files from inside the app at any time. To close your account and delete everything stored with it, submit the form below.

Request deletion

Use the email address connected to your purchase or account so we can find your data.

What happens next

1. You receive an email with a reference number for your request.
2. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address, so no one else can delete your data.
3. We delete your data from our systems and ask our service providers to do the same.
4. We email you to confirm the deletion is complete, within 30 days of your request.

Data in backups is overwritten on a regular cycle and is never restored for active use after deletion.

What we may keep

The law may require us to keep a small amount of information after deletion, such as invoices and payment records for tax purposes, or records needed to prevent fraud or settle a dispute. We keep only what is required, only for as long as required, and use it for no other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
