1. Who we are
Elefair Tech is a trade name of Elefair International Inc. ("Elefair Tech", "we", "us" or "our"). We develop and sell software, including Chrome extensions, Facebook and Meta apps, and Windows desktop and web applications. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to our website at www.elefairtech.com and to every product we publish under the Elefair Tech name (together, the "Services"), including:
- Chrome extensions, such as Amazon-Shopify Pro and VeRO Checker for Shopify
- Facebook and Meta apps, and features that connect to Facebook Pages
- Desktop and web software, such as Elefair Turbo Importer, Dropshipping Automation, Elefair Tech E Sender, Elefair SEO Optimizer, Elefair FXP, Elefair Studio, Elefair Classroom, IPTV Playout, Virtual Studio and Automation Software
- Mobile apps for Android and iOS
- Setup services, such as IPTV and streaming server setup
- Custom software we build for clients, unless a separate agreement says otherwise
A product may have additional privacy details in its store listing or in the app. Where those details are more specific, they apply together with this policy.
3. Information you give us
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and company when you contact us, request a quote or buy a license.
- Order and license information such as the products you buy, license keys, invoices and billing address.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits of a card, but we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Support information such as messages, screenshots and log files you send us when you need help.
- Connected account credentials such as API keys or access tokens you enter so a product can work with your Shopify store, Facebook Page or other service.
4. Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our servers and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page and the date and time of your visit.
When you activate or use a licensed product, the product may send us your license key, a device identifier, the product version and basic error reports so we can validate your license, deliver updates and fix problems. These reports do not include the content of your files, messages or customer lists.
5. Chrome extensions
Each Elefair Tech extension has a single purpose, described in its Chrome Web Store listing, and requests only the permissions it needs for that purpose.
- Page content. An extension reads web page content only on the sites its purpose requires, for example an Amazon product page you choose to import, and only when you use the feature.
- Store connections. Credentials you enter, such as a Shopify store address and Admin API access token, are saved in your browser's extension storage on your device. They are sent only to the service they belong to, so the extension can perform the action you request.
- Product data. Product information an extension collects is sent to your own store. It is not sent to Elefair Tech servers unless a feature clearly says so, such as license validation.
- No browsing history. Our extensions do not collect or sell your browsing history.
If a product uses Google APIs, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Facebook and Meta data
When you log in with Facebook or connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to an Elefair Tech app, Meta shares with us only the information you approve on the permission screen. Depending on the feature, this may include your name, Facebook user ID, email address, the Pages you manage and the access tokens needed to act on your behalf.
- We use this information only to provide the feature you asked for, such as publishing or scheduling posts to your Page.
- We do not sell Facebook or Instagram data, use it to build advertising profiles, or share it with data brokers.
- We share it only with service providers that host our systems, under agreements that require them to protect it.
- You can remove our app's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
To have your Facebook data deleted from our systems, follow the steps on our User Data Deletion page.
7. Desktop and web apps
Files you open in our desktop software, such as photos, videos, contact lists and message templates, stay on your computer. They are not uploaded to us unless you use a feature that clearly requires it, or you send them to us for support.
Files you upload to one of our web apps, such as photos for retouching or video for editing, are stored only to process them and keep your projects available to you. You can delete them at any time.
- Elefair Tech E Sender. Contact lists and messages are stored on your computer. Text messages are sent through your own Android phone, and emails through the mail account you connect. You are responsible for having permission to contact the people on your lists.
- Elefair Classroom. Screen monitoring, remote control, screen sharing, chat and calls run between computers on your local network. The school or instructor using the software is responsible for informing students and obtaining any consent required where they operate.
8. How we use information
- To provide, operate and update the Services you use
- To process orders, issue and validate licenses and send invoices
- To answer questions and provide technical support
- To send service messages, such as license, security and update notices
- To send product news, only if you agree, with an unsubscribe link in every message
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and license misuse
- To improve our products using aggregated information that does not identify you
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
9. Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place with similar laws, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract when we provide software you bought; legitimate interests when we secure and improve our Services; consent for marketing emails and optional cookies, which you can withdraw at any time; and legal obligation when we keep tax and accounting records.
12. How long we keep data
- Account, license and support records: while you have an active license, and up to 3 years after it ends
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually 7 years
- Connected account tokens: until you disconnect the account, remove the app or ask us to delete them
- Uploaded files in web apps: until you delete them or close your account
- Website logs: up to 12 months
When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
13. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, limited staff access and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
14. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. To make a request, email info@elefairtech.com or use our data deletion form. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days, or within the time the law allows. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
15. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Elefair Classroom may be used by schools with students of any age. In that case the school is responsible for obtaining any parental consent required. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
16. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our products or the law change. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will notify customers by email or in the product before the changes take effect.
